Deeded week-Can I book a week at start of my season or do I book at twelve months?

Looking at a Marriott Oceana Palms Gold Season resale. First use in 2022. Can I book a week (let's say July week) at the first day the Gold Season opens (week 20 0f 2021)? Or do I have to wait for the twelve month mark like I would if I was using points. TIA

You can reserve 12 months ahead of when you want to check in.

If you log onto MVC and go to the education and resources tabs, then helpful tools, you will see ‘when can I reserve’.
You choose weeks or points, pick the resort and enter your check in date and it will give you the date you can reserve.

The Reservation Window for a single Week opens 12-months in advance of the first check-in day of each weekly interval in the resort calendar. The Oceana Palms resort calendar allows Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun check-ins so the windows for each interval will open 12-mos in advance of each interval's Thursday. When you are an owner you'll have access to the "When Can I Reserve ... Using Weeks?" tool that's on the website, mentioned above by Pamplemousse, so that there's no confusion (especially because the windows for Marriott Weeks and Points do not open on the same day.)
