Just curious we have been in the process of picking up another deed (we found here on TUG) we believe the transfer is taking place within Bluegreen internally (no 3rd part title company) but we are coming up on two mouths now...does that timeline seem right?
Transfer agreement between us and the other owners is the only that has been done so far.

My last two have been about 60 days and BG exercised their ROFR.

Meaning the buying party paid nothing? If so, I’d say yes given it costs BG nothing.

I can see ROFR on a transaction that BG feels the price per point is not high enough. But I'm trying to get a deed transfered that will have zero cost to the buyer (me)...BG is just taking a long time with the transfer.

Your seller should reach out to a owner services supervisor and check the status/notes that are on the account.

What is the actual date the transfer form was submitted?
BG has 30 business days and seems to be taking every day to let you know their decision on ROFR.

My last sale was submitted online on 6/21 for $0.51 pp and I received their decision on business day 34 8/12 that they were not buying it back. My buyer got the contract.

On 5/28 I submitted a sale for $1
On 6/27 Business day 24 BG exercised ROFR and purchased my contract. I never received notification email and after two more phone calls I found out 7/9 BG was buying it.

Seller submitted signed transfer agreement on 7-15-24... might have been delayed a few days due to file upload issue.

This is a $0 points transaction and the seller is paying the transfer fees. Found this in the free timeshare listing on TUG

After reading more scenarios where BG has exercised ROFR on transactions that have deemed to low of a price per point... I'm starting to doubt this will happen due to the $0 price per point factor.

I have tried to contact BG myself for an update but of course they wouldn't tell me anything since I'm not the seller 🙂

My $1/$0 sale took under a month although they did not notify me until about 6 weeks out.

I don't want to discourage you but $0 or $1 sales rarely go to the buyer.
