Decision - OBBR or Belair in St Martin

Right now, I can book a 2 bedroom at Belair. Im searching for a 2 bedroom at OBRR for the week I want (I should have booked it a month ago, when it was available).

Should I hold out for Oyster Bay, or just book Belair?
