DC club problems?

Yes, we enrolled our weeks last year with Marriott thinking that ok we are not happy but times change. After paying our fees, getting our new II number I thought all was done. We own a week in Marbella which I was going to deposit today only to find out that it did not appear in our II account. Since it is not yet a part of the DC I found out that it needs a second II account just like a nonMarriott property. I did call and speak with a supervisor and no compensation or such was offered only sorry. Does anyone have a suggestion of who else to speak with or email? I guess will just wait until they become part of the club which hopefully is soon!
I asked about the June joining which I read on tug but was told that was not going to happen and that sales people just say anything. And that was from a supervisor!
