DAE 1st Time User Questions

About two months ago I called and also went online and filled in the info to deposit & request an exchange.

I haven't received any confirmation in the mail. Should I have?

Is there any online status of the existence of my search/ request?

When you get an exchange, DAE will send you a confirmation in the mail. They will probably also call you.
You can call them. They will tell you honestly where your request stands and what your chances are of having it confirmed.

Call them. you should have received a new member packet via mail and also an exchange certificate.
