Full Disclosure: Cypress Pointe was our 1st timeshare. We love it. We were resale owners there in 2002 & 2006-2014. We deeded our unit over to DRI as part of a major serious family timeshare downsizing. All we have left is a triennial 2BR points unit at Vacation Village At Parkway, about 7 miles southwest of Cypress Pointe.
Last time I was there (2014), unit total renovations were nearly all complete.
