Hi All,

We are looking to possibly visit Disney in December using our transferred RCI points. We have the option of staying at Cypress Palms, Star Island or the Sheraton Vistana. Bonnet Creek is our usual spot but it's not available. Can anyone recommend any of the resorts? We will be traveling with our 11 and 8 year old children as well as my mother in-law.

Thank you!

John

Cypress Palms is a 2.5 star resort. Both Star Island and Sheraton Vistana are three star resorts.

Between Star Island, and Vistana----I'd choose Vistana.

100% resale!!
Star Island is the worst Wyndham I have ever been to. It's literally backed onto a trailer park and the buildings are really out dated. I attached a pic below in google maps of Star Island. Sheraton Vistana is the best of the 3 you mentioned, with cypress palms being second.

Sheraton Vistana Resort is very nice. We’ve stayed there twice. Clean, fairly updated. Tons of pools. Lots of areas to walk around.

I think Star Island resort is rather nice, except the few building without elevators. You can't see our of the property except at a couple points, and you have to look for them.
