Cypress Harbour Shower Question

Hello all,

This may seem like a strange question, but do the showers in the master suites provide any privacy? It's hard to tell from the photos. Looks like shower/toilet room has a glass wall.

We once stayed at Westgate Lakes Resort in Orlando and the shower was right in the bedroom. The only thing that was private was the toilet room. My sister was not too happy about this.

There's an almost floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window between the shower and the rest of the master bathroom/bedroom. While it substantially blurs details, it doesn't hide that there's someone moving around in the shower (especially if the light is on in the shower).

It also means that if one person wants to shower while the other person is still trying to sleep in a dark bedroom, the room isn't dark while the shower light is on.

The large tub in the master bathroom is open to the master bedroom.

If absolute privacy in the shower is preferred, then nobody else should be in the master bathroom/bedroom while someone is showering. Fortunately, that's easy because there's a door between the master bedroom and the living room.

One thing I like about Grande Vista is the big bathroom which is completely contained. I hate the bathrooms where the vanity with sinks is in the bedroom. It seems most Marriotts are like this. When we stay at one, my husband wakes me up every time he brushes his teeth before going to bed, and I probably wake him up when I get up early and wash up after using the bathroom.

The Grande Vista bathrooms are very large - they contain the shower, toilet, and a large vanity with double sinks. Outside the bathroom is a large sinkless vanity with mirror (where many Marriotts have their sinks), which is across from the jacuzzi tub. (So the tub area isn't private, but everything else is). I love spreading out my makeup and hair appliances at the sinkless vanity.
