CWA fees on estoppel

I’m trying to compare the CWA fees listed on the TUGBBS spreadsheet to what is on an estoppel. The amounts are different, and even figuring in the $175 program fee doesn’t account for the differences.

Estoppel lists $58.59 for 84K annual points = 703.08 total for the year
7.65 per 1K listed on TUGBBs = 642.60 total for the year
Program fee of $175/12=$14.58

I have to be missing something. Anyone have any insight?

Their figures are based on the current owner's program fee of $0.72 per thousand. That means they own more than just this contract and they bought it directly from Wyndham so they have Plus Partners. If all you will own is this 84k contract then you would pay the 2024 minimum program fee of $180. If you own other contracts and have at least 258k points then you'd only pay $0.70 per thousand for the program fee.

I have a 105K contract currently. So I wouldn’t be paying another program fee on top of what I’m currently paying with my current contract, correct? I currently pay a $180 fee.
