Anyone have a good baseline for the current CW / El Cid associate resort relationship

I remember hearing something like it was expiring and will not be renewed

I am also wondering if there are any CW perks from staying at El Cid report like
Discounted all inclusive, tours, and other…

When I had my RTU el cid contracts (VIP benefits with resale was a happy and profitable accident they were set to expire in 2024/2025 so that maybe true as El cid was not selling Wyndham points/direct access when I used my el cid points to stay in Cancun while getting free all inclusive for attending timeshare presentation. Now that was worth it. Although insulting when they would offer the sales department juice, bread and sweets when I am already getting all inclusive for the week.

El Cid is definitely changing their relationship with CW

El Cid is targeting 2025 to end their relationship with rci and are going to II

El Cid is joining the long list of clubs that are creating their own vacation exchange travel service. They are calling it infinite privilege

I suspect the transition from CW/ RCI to Marriott/II will be muddy with a multiple year transitional plan

El Cid is also taking a page from Margaritaville play book buy focusing on retirement extended stays and snow bird lifestyle

Seeking to learn more about El CId CW relationship
