Last I heard, piggy backs are offered at Flagstaff, Pagosa, Fairfield Glade and Ocean Ridge. Before closure CWA through telesales was $134/thousand.

Last I had heard the price had risen a bit for telesales to around $145/1000 - though rebates are sometimes still available that drive the price down further. It's also a function of the volume of points purchased just to be clear. @cbyrne1174 has the list of locations that offer piggyback contracts. I actually need to follow up with my contact at Ocean Ridge (Edisto Island) to see what they have to offer currently.

That was the only contract type they could sell back in 2018 - it may be different now. I can tell you for a fact that telesales cannot handle piggyback contracts at present.
