Current status of Seapoint renovations - room recommendations?

HGVC LVB x3, Sandos Mexico for RCI points
We will be checking in to Seapoint on Saturday for a week. Is there still a lot of heavy construction going on? Can anyone recommend the best rooms for us to request when we call them tomorrow?
