Current ROFR Sentiments

I was just informed that the closing company submitted for ROFR. Does anyone know if HGVC is less stringent in excersing their ROFR given what's going in the market and long-term economic outlook? Wondering where the sentiment is? TIA

Within HGVC, there does seem to be less ROFR used but it isn't as clear cut as it is in the Marriott system. (marriott seems to be using their ROFR less then they have before.)

Hgv Rofr

HGVC has been very aggressive on the Platinum ownership levels over the past six months- but they have been fairly inactive on the lower levels. The economy hasn't seemed to have impacted the ROFR activity for Hilton. If anything, they seem to have gotten even more aggressive over the last month for their target inventory.
