Marriott Ocean Pointe and Canyon Villa’s
Anyone know current selling prices? I think I can get $7500 for an eoy which is what I want and wondering, in today's climate, is that a great deal?
 
Sorry for delay...forgot about this one....I called Marriott a while ago and these are prices effective 8/7/08 - not sure if they've changed.

Platinum plus - week 52 - $33,200 120,000 EY
Platinum - 1-17,41-51 $28,900 110,000
Gold - 18-40 $19,500 75,000
