I have a free certificate for two for dinner at Cuoco restaurant in Seattle Washington. Since I live in Pa and not planning on going west anytime soon, I would be happy to pass it on. It does not include tax, tip, gratuity or alcohol. No $ limit given. I received it from the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance for making a mammogram promise.
