On Oct 15, I was on a flight from Chicago to Las Vegas. We had been delayed 1 hour on take off and after boarding was greeted with a WONDERFUL crew : Maggie, Kim and Pam. Drink orders taken, snacks passed out,

Then a medical emergency! Long story short!! We diverted to Denver, with a Dr. nurse and 2 of the crew taking care of the women that had a heart attack.

The end result was not good but the 3 women crew did a FANTASTIC JOB.

This is just to let you know that you are in good hands on ground and in the air with SOUTHWEST AIRLINES. They seem to be full of fun and jokes, but when the time for professional comes , they are ready and alert.

GOOD JOB GIRLS...:cheer: :cheer:

Southwest attendants took good care of the fellow passenger next to me who passed out (flat on floor) when he went to lav early on during a cross country flight last year. Glad we didn't divert, but really glad he was OK.

But the flight attendants really took good care of him, kept his problem very private on a full flight, and after returning him to his seat 30+ minutes later -- checking on him regularly.

I was in the aisle seat and after moving to let him out, was stretching and saw him go down waiting for the bathroom in the rear of the plane. The people in the back seats didn't seem to know that someone was sick - as the attendants strapped him into their jump seat.

Another vote here for SW! :cheer: We love flying with them and find the attendants to be friendly and very competent.
