Credit Report Help / Constant Solicatations

If anyone has any information please help. I recently reviewed my credit report and I see tons of inquiries from companies that I didnt authorize. I know these dont count against me, but!!!!

I thought there was a way to opt out of solicatations and from companies pulling your report.... Any website or help is appreciated.
