When credit pooling points from more than one contract for the same usage year, should I be charged one credit pool fee, or a credit pool fee for each contract? The last person I spoke to at Wyndham said one fee per contract but I have been told differently before (one fee per usage year)

I've always been charged one fee for the instance I pooled points (as many as you want to) and I own several contracts. Maybe if you pooled part of your points before the deadline and more points later before the deadline you'd have to pay again.

its per year. Ive had agents want to charge me per use year, but when they checked; came back with just one $39 charge for all the contracts that expire in a certain year whether they be March, June, Sept or Dec

If you have more than just a few contracts, be prepared for a long call

So if I pool from 2017 (only have 17k left) and points from 2018 it's two 39$ charges? One charge per / use year.
If so it's probably not worth trying to save the 17k.

That's correct. Pool the 2018 and take a long weekend next year; it will use the 2017 points up first.
