I posted a rental ad on Craigs List for my Redington Ambassador unit in North Redington Beach, FL 2 days ago and I just got an email from Craigs List stating that my ad was flagged and removed.

I had the word "Timeshare" in the subject line and that probably called attention to the ad. Not sure if it is worth creating another ad without that word in the listing or not.

I can't believe that Craigs List allows people to do this without investigating to determine if the complaint is valid. I guess if they investigated though they would need a full staff just to investigate these issues.

Don't put "timeshare" any where in the Ad - that's the kiss of death!
