Craigendarroch Owners' Club
Dear Owner,
Re: Covid 19
Following the advice and guidelines issued by the UK Government, the difficult decision to close the Craigendarroch resort had to be taken in order to protect owners, guests and staff. We do not know how long the resort will remain closed but we will follow Government advice and open again as soon as possible.
We do appreciate that, for some owners, this has meant the cancellation of their holiday and several owners have asked to have their maintenance fees reduced or even waived. The Owners' Committee has the responsibility to ensure that the long term financial viability of the Club is maintained. Your fees are paid to Craigendarroch Owners' Club, not Hilton Grand Vacations, and are the only source of income to provide for regular maintenance, refurbishment of our lodges and the provision of other benefits. We will minimise any and all costs to the membership of the Club but we are all contracted to pay our maintenance fees whether or not we attend the resort. Until this pandemic is over we will not be aware of the total financial effect it has had.
