If you’re traveling somewhere that requires a covid test to show negative result, like the Bahamas, there are easy ways to get it. I just received a kit by labcorp to do at home swab and they give you the box to overnight it back to them. Results are uploaded to your online profile. It’s covered by insurance or free without insurance.

I will be doing it 10 days prior to my travel to the Bahamas. It’s called pixel by labcorp. Also many CVS and Walgreen pharmacies are doing drive through testing. This is going to be a fun limited travel summer. But for those who do get to go, we may enjoy limited crowds which will be really nice.
Stay safe

Personally I would not accept anyone with a test that old.

It seems that the Bahamas is willing to trust it. That is their requirement;

all visitors must present a Covid-19 RT-PCR negative swab test, with the results no more than 10 days old.

St. Maarten's requirement is 3 days, and the timing was recently qualified to say getting results no more than 3 days before travel, not actually testing within that window. If you don't have the test, upon arrival they are requiring you to pay for testing and to quarantine for 2 weeks at your expense.

Not really (technically) part of the Caribbean, but the Belize Prime Minister announced today that the International Airport will re-open on Aug.15th. All incoming travelers will need proof of having a COVID19 test with negative results within 72 hours prior to boarding their flight to Belize. They are also talking about travelers needing to download some App from the Belize Health Dept so they can obtain a personal ID number allowing the Health Dept to contact them for tracing purposes. If anybody arrives on a flight with no written proof of having a negative test then the person will be quarantined in a special room at the airport and a quick test will be administered at the travelers expense. If the test is positive they will be quarantined for 14 days at their expense.
