Cove at Yarmouth Timeshare Fixed Week

Have unit 135 week 30. Looking to give away for free. Had it since it was built but retiring now and no longer want it. I'm working with Newton group transfers but haven't given them any money yet. I'm so far skeptical and probably won't use them.

Anyone interested let me know. Maintenance fee 575 year. It's a great place and prime week if you like the Cape it's well worth it.

John Chase (timeos) used to own there. He loved it and was on the board. May he rest in peace. Such a great person. I miss his computer expertise. He was such a helpful soul.

I know nothing about the Newton group--but general TUG rule is if they want money upfront stay away
Someone said the resort offers day use for owners .If true that could be of interest to someone more local
