Even though we own 2 Starwood timeshares (WSJ and SDO) I was able to obtain an exchange into Harborside next January thru II using a non-Starwood property. As an II exchanger, do we have any extra fees to pay such as utilities or houskeeping? Also is there some place I can find out about the AI option? Is this worth it for just the 2 of us. I'm not really one that wants to cook on vacation. Can anyone recommend a good guide book for the Atlantis and surrounding area? Thanks!

I am pretty sure that if you trade==meaning you are basically using an owners unit--that there aren't any extra charges. However, if you want daily maid service you will have to pay for that.
If by AI you mean the meal plan unless you are bit eaters it isn't worth it--plus it doesn't include drinks which many inclusives do include.
You should find plenty of info here but also I would suggest you go to Trip Advisor==and search Paradise Island--it is a pretty active/informative forum.
I have actually just been asked to be a destination expert by them for the forum.
