Costs/Fees on resale [Harborside]

What are the general costs and fees associated with the purchase of a Harborside resale...i.e Closing Costs, transfer fees etc.

It depends on your purchase cost (different register tax), but it's around $1,600 if you choose the right co.
DaveH did closing for my second harborside week and I paid $1,600.
I contacted lennox paton in Bahamas (they closed my first Harborside week) and they asked $1,800.
Dave did a great job for my week, he is a tugger too.
