If you are a Costco member, you can just log into your online Acct, and put ipad in the search box. If you aren't logged in, it doesn't show the prices.

Looks like the sale runs through today.

We use a number of iPads with our business, but we don't need the latest and greatest, so we just buy used ones on Amazon.
