Are there anyone with experiences / recommendations for Costa Rica location probably but not necessarily, in the Liberia region (beach with 1 or 2 blockish) that someone could recommend? Ideally, a one bedroom, self sufficient unit, not all inclusive, with a bit of a nightlife & restaurants near by..walking distance?

Villas Sol in Playa Hermosa trades in RCI and is not mandatory all inclusive.

Thanks all for the suggestions. With those in mind, did some more research and looks like we maybe going the AirBnB or similar route. Found an region around Tamarindo or Coco that checks off may must haves on our wish list.
