The casinos are deserted and thousands of hotel rooms are empty

Nevada, Governor Sisolak, called in the National Guard on April 1 to help with the crisis, said that his move had been approved by the US. Department of Defense.This means that the Nevada National Guard will be federally funded.

The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds took to the Vegas valley skies on Saturday
to thank Health Workers and First Responders.

The latest data from the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services shows that the number of coronavirus - related deaths in the state has topped 100.

Our governor says the National Guard will help with transporting medical equipment or something like that. He said it didn't mean there would
be martial law. It is very sad to drive down the Strip and see it all deserted and everything closed up.

It was cool to see the Thunderbirds fly around the city, but there were certainly a lot of people out today trying to get a good spot from which
to watch the flyby.
