Coral Property Group New Scam

Recently we were contacted by yet another company promising a massive return for our timeshare property. The name was Coral Property Group. They have the same line of BS as all these other guy's like Fractional Property Specialists.

Funny thing is they claim to have been in business for a while yet there website was built on June 8th 2011, leaving me to think they are 100% scam.

Maybe a new thread for these guys? I would like to get ahead of the curve on some of these guys and shut them down before they have a chance to rip more people off.

I think it maybe the same guys because where would all these companies be getting my contact information?

FYI the transfer company they recommended has only had a website since April 15th 2011, if they say they've been in business longer they are full of BS, and if Fractional Property Specialists are using them well. And would the fact that their website was built the same month and year as their "transfer company" website not be a flag???

Not a chance...

Maggots like this can (and do) change their name, address, web site faster than you can change your socks. Given their deceitful m.o., it is essentially a "strategic necessity" to always be "on the move" and continually "reinventing" themselves.

Also, a commonly accepted theory is that there are established "sucker lists" (...no personal offense of any kind is intended by this reference). When some of these parasites leave their "host" outfit to either go elsewhere or to start up their own scam enterprise, they abscond with info about previous suckers clients who, records indicate, have previously taken the bait.

The newest "spin off" in the timeshare scam arena is "recovery" outfits that will (...supposedly, but not really) help you to "recover" (for an upfront fee, of course) upfront fees which you have previously but unproductively paid to others. I often wonder if any of these parasites are actually ambitious enough to run both an upfront fee listing gig and a upfront fee "recovery" gig simultaneously.
