Cool Cat Open in Kihei

I am happy to share that Cool Cat opened in the Kukui Mall in Kihei a few weeks ago. We ate lunch there today and the staff was very happy that we drove down from Kaanapali to eat there. Their new space is very good and is a bit larger than their former space in Lahaina. They have a soda bar and a separate bar for alcoholic drinks. Also an area with high top tables with TV monitors high up on the wall. There is also a space with pin ball and other games. In addition to the large indoor space they also have some outdoor seating. It also has a larger retail space with products to purchase. The food and shake were as good as always. I would encourage anyone interested to stop by. Aloha!

Thanks for the report. As we always stay in Kihei it's nice to hear about another good restaurant choice there. Currently our favorite casual spot is Nalu's.

I know the space where Cool Cat went into. Does the restaurant have any patio, or open space? I don't think they did before.

Cool Cat was always a destination afternoon meal for us in Lahaina. Many times while in Pismo Beach we’ve said we’ll eat there “this trip” to try that location, but always run out of time before leaving because we have other favorites which always throw off leftovers for a second meal.

Yes, there is an outdoor space on the road side of the restaurant. I believe there is some cover for shade, but it’s not completely covered.
