I own week 27 2 bdrm bldg 1 at the suites at hershey. I just went to a presentation yesterday to convert that unit to bluegreen points. my unit would convert to 15,000 points and i would have to buy either 6,000 points to hit silver or buy 3,000 points to be a bronze member. I was informed i could not buy points in the secondary market and have the same benefits they were offering me, i.e. traveler plus. the price on 6k points was 10,800, the price on 3k points was 6,300. so my first question is was i told the right info, is bluegreen traveler plus worth buying from developer or could i get it through a resale. was this a good price for these options. i should say with my current unit i can not get bonus time (except at hershey) or exchange with bluegreen directly. is there any other way to convert to bluegreen points, are other resorts in bluegreen cheaper per point. Would i be better off staying a weeks owner at hershey and using interval or rci for exchanges. any other help/comments are appreciated
thanks

Talk to BocaBum before you do anything. He is an authorized Bluegreen reseller and can give you the best info.

I am sure that he will respond to your questions as soon as he sees your post.

Thanks Ann. Just one point of clarification. I am a referral agent for an authorized reseller. Small, but very important distinction.
