Hi- Can someone explain to me on how to do this? I don't want to buy anymore points from wyndham, but would much rather convert some of my fixed weeks for points. What fee's are associated with doing this? If any of my weeks are resale, when they convert them will they count towards my VIP status? I read about this here --Wyndhamowners but wasn't sure if rules have changed since then... TYIA.

it is $2395 for the first week and $995 for each week after the first if done at the same time. No VIP unless your weeks were purchase from developer.

Vincent.

Plus your ARP for your fixed week conversions is ONLY your fixed week number. So converting a FL hurricane beach fixed week only gives you ARP for that week; not the resort for a winter beach week. Buying a resale UDI points contract for the same resort allows you the ARP to get a 13 month reservation for a chance at the winter beach week.

According to the "owners update" I took two days ago, that was THE LAST DAY that owners of Wyndham fixed weeks could convert to points. LMAO.

I'm pretty sure that was bogus and that the pricing you were provided ($2,395) is correct but who knows? They are lying weasels who are always changing the rules of the game.
