Converted RCI Points resorts seem like a better buy than PDF

1) Points exchanges are cheaper
2) There are no charges for depositing
3) Points resorts get higher point values

Is it safe to say that resale points ownerships with decent Mf's is the way to go if you're gonna go RCI Points?
