Contract Number

I spoke with a representative from Diamond Resorts to get some detail to put in a resale ad. She said without a contract number she could not look up the interval I want to sell. That sounds a little weak to me. Are there not other ways for her to look up our timeshare details? Name, address, unit number, week, etc. ?

Your contract number should be on your deeds, purchase Docs, and maintenance fee bills.

Does diamond have a member number? If so with that they should be able to look up your details, unless they just didn't want to be bothered.
