I just received "Lease Agreement" for my MAY 2008 e-bay purchase. It came from xxxxx resort today and I need to sign it a return it before I use my week # 51. I was wondering if these Purchase Terms make sense to experienced TUGers; considering my purchase price was $ 100.00+closing fees+Resort registration (+ y. 2008 MF).
1. Purchase price of Unit Week US 22865.00
2. Administation fee 300.00
3. Deposit $ 22865.00 Equity + Adm Fee 23165.00
4. Balance - required on or before 00.00
5. Balance to be financed 00.00

- Are all my obligations met and I just sign and mail back?
- Is this the original sale price to the previous owner?
- If in the future I need to deal with the value of this TS for estate purposes, will it be valued at the price I paid or this "book value"? This is my first resale purchase, thanks for your help.

I'd call the resort and get the answers to the question you're asking here. I'm confused as to why you would need a lease agreement if you are already recognized as an owner? Is this a RTU instead of deeded property?

Yes, this is RTU exp year 2087. If I call, what question should I ask?
