There are still problems occuring with the WEB Site. Specifically, at this time the problem with resorts starting with 0 are still having problems, but, also do not get any resort info when looking at resorts that show up from a search. When you click on a particular resort the resort name shows up as a link as usual, but, under that there is just headings for Directions, Additional Information, and Urgent Information but no information listed where you usually get directions like nearest airport, and information like bedroom configuration etc. This makes making exchanges extremely difficult as you have to search all over to get info on a resort if you are not familiar with it.
Could you please check on this and let us know when we can expect this function to get back to normal.
