Contacting Title Company First

I am interested in posting a timeshare (in CA) for sale, but wish to contact a Title Company that will handle an actual transfer first. There are some details in how it will be handled that I need to confirm before starting.

What companies do people on TUG generally use? Were the experiences good? What did it cost (I see some ads say the seller will pay such fees -- need an idea how much that is)?

Most importantly -- where do I find contact information for such companies?

Resorts Owned
WKORV, WKV, 2-SDO, 4-Kauai Beach Villas, Island Park Village (Yellowstone), Hyatt High Sierra, Dolphin's Cove (Anaheim)
This is who I use - they are Tuggers, they get high marks on TUG, and they are efficient and inexpensive - usually less than $200.

Fees vary widely, because the resort itself may tack on fees, and who pays them is negotiable.

Please be aware that few timeshares have any resale value unless they are one of the top echelon resorts like: Westin, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Disney, etc.

We have a forum here on TUG where timeshares with little or no resale value are given away - I have given and received timeshares here many times:

If someone contacts you and tells you they can sell your timeshare for big bucks, and then wants to charge you signigficant upfront fees (which are usually hidden at first) - this is a very common scam, and they are going to steal your fees and ride off into the sunset.
