Contact Info of HGVC Waikaloa General Manager? to ask for receipt-for HHonors credit?

We stated at the resort in the second week in August. I have not yet received credit for that stay (on a paid basis). Who should I contact at the resort (? general manager) and how (phone, email, regular mail) so I can ask for the receipt/statement; which I require so I can in turn forward a copy to HHonors, to receive the appropriate credit.

Can one (perhaps p.m. me) and send me the name and contact information of that person?

Perhaps try the HHonors Customer Care Service Desk first.
There's also an online report missing stay option when you login into the HHonors website.

Note: Problems have been reported on flyertalk regarding missing hhonors credit for paid HGVC stays.
