We stated at the resort in the second week in August. I have not yet received credit for that stay (on a paid basis). Who should I contact at the resort (? general manager) and how (phone, email, regular mail) so I can ask for the receipt/statement; which I require so I can in turn forward a copy to HHonors, to receive the appropriate credit.
Can one (perhaps p.m. me) and send me the name and contact information of that person?
