I can't seem to find it in TUG2 as a resort. Reviews are mixed on Google, but it might be worth it for a summer trip to cooler temps and maybe seeing Quebec City. Otherwise looks like it might be similar for hiking / sightseeing as Smuggs...

EDIT: I realized it's not near Montreal...

We stayed near Montreal at Club Geopremier Lac Morency in June of 2023. It's close to Montreal. Overall, we liked the resort but shortened our stay thanks to weather conditions- smoke from wildfires/ heavy downpours. TUG review posted. We didn't head into Montreal though.
We broke up our drive from the Cleveland area with an overnight in Ottawa. We very much enjoyed that brief stay which included a tour of Canada's Parliament.

Did you try searching the resort on TUG2 using the RCI resort code?

I had seen it on II so I didn't know about resort code. I'll see if I can find it in RCI then...

I think you can search by II resort code too. If that doesn't work but it is on RCI, search by the RCI code.

Doesn't seem to be found, nor do I see it in my Wyndham RCI account.

Is it perhaps also known as Sun Seekers Mont St. Anne?

I can't really tell, but from my searching it seems like Sun Seekers is 1 and 2 BR and Condorama seems to be only 4BR so probably not? I don't get the addresses. They just say Beaupre, QC, with no street name or number for each as far as I can tell. Sun Seekers doesn't even come up in google maps at all so... yea.

I might pass just cause I doubt I could find the place lol.

Mt St. Anne is east of Quebec City, over a 3 hour drive from Montreal. Timeshares are Mt Tremblant are much closer to Montreal (about a 90 minute drive) than those at Mt. St. Anne. We stayed at Chalets la Falaise, RCI #2122 at Beaupre last summer. There seemed to be several names for the same resort. We were not placed in the condos in the pictures but in octagonal pod cabins down the road from the check-in building . It was a nice area but a car is definitely needed. We spent several days exploring Quebec City which was about a 30 minute drive from the resort.

I edited my first post - I did realize it's not near Montreal, but Quebec City also looks fun. I guess it'll have to be a hotel for Montreal someday maybe.

There is lots to see in Quebec City, especially if you are interested in history. The old part downtown has lots of shops and restaurants and historical buildings on cobblestone streets. I would suggest doing the whole loop on a hop-on-hop-off bus tour on your first day to listen to the commentary then you can return to what interests you. We found handy parking under City Hall that was right around the corner from the bus stop, which is beside the historical Fairmont Le Château Frontenac hotel. Just outside of Quebec City is Montmorency Falls which is higher than Niagara Falls.

Just want to warn you (I'm originally from Quebec City and now live in Montreal), that we get hot days here in the summer too - nowhere near 100+ but don't necessarily expect it to be "cooler". Of course that's all relative to where you usually are in the summer.. Palm Desert in August at 114 degrees comes to mind.
It seems you're from NY state so our weather really isn't really substantially different for July/August.
Quebec City is well worth visiting for other reasons however and Beaupré, while 30-45 minutes away by car, is a good place to stay. Very basic, condo-like timeshares in that area, I've been to 3 different ones. Diane's tip about parking under City Hall is a very good one.

If you’re looking for cool temps, Beaupré might be okay, but don’t expect it to be that cool in summer. It’s basic for timeshares, but Quebec City is a short drive away and totally worth it if you like history or charming streets. Mont Ste. Anne’s great for outdoors, but you’ll need a car. For Montreal, though, you’d want to stay closer to the city.

Ok, now that you've edited!
We did stay one fall week at Sun Seekers Mt. St, Anne. The unit was adequate but furnishings were basic and there was a slight mold issue on one of the baseboards. This was in 2012 so if no refurbishment has been done.....
Loved the location for day trips into Quebec, Beaupre and along the St. Lawrence and up to Saguenay. One of the many highlights that stay was seeing a pod of Belugas on the river. We also took a gondola ride to the top of the Mont St. Anne ski resort, visited Mt. Morency falls and Canyon St. Anne. The shrine in Beaupre is worth a stop.
If you do take this exchange, I recommend a guided tour of the Chateau Frontenac which we just did last year while on a NE cruise: https://www.fairmont.com/frontenac-quebec/activities/lcf-cicerone/ We also took a small bus tour to L'Ile d'Orleans- this company offers several options: quebecbustours.com

Thanks everyone - given various things I decided to instead exchange for Branson at a Marriott in September. While I'd like to go to Quebec City someday, the lack of any idea about the actual state of the units and the potential risk of it being another "Villa Roma" or worse (cause I can't even find many reviews AT ALL online) made me pass. I may go with an RCI cash deal someday or a future trade if I ever find reviews of somewhere near there.

A little late but curiosity got the better of me and I 'Googled' Condorama Int'l At Mont Ste. Anne and got several hits, all from II, none from RCI. The resort is just a few minutes up the road past the timeshare we stayed at last summer. I found this site; https://www.intervalworld.com/web/cs?a=1503&resortCode=CIM&f=no&h=no
