Just had a friend who has been an owner for as long as we have, so - from the very beginning, return from his week. He mentioned that the property and units are showing considerable wear and in need of an update. Dirty carpets, chipped furniture, noisy a/c, dirty and dated bathrooms. Not to mention the communal property.

Finally bringing the friends we’ve been wanting to join us for years in January. what should we expect?

We were there this summer in an oceanfront studio and we had a wonderful experience. That wasn't our experience

We were there about 18 mos. ago, everything looked good, and we enjoyed our stay. We were there on an exchange, in Bldg. 5, with a pirate ship pool view.

The kitchen cabinets show their age, and the bathrooms look dated compared to Nanea. Everything was in good working order and clean when we left in January.

Ok. Good to hear. I’m officially categorizing this friend as a “SOUR PUSS!” and will discount his opinion going forward 🫤

We stayed for 3 weeks in January and everything was fine. Showers could use re-tiling, but otherwise our unit was in great shape.

No issues with our stays, including this past March. Love the units. We also had a pirate ship view and a tiny peek of the ocean through the buildings.

Currently at WKORN building 8 - everything looks really good outside.

Inside the studio unit the kitchen cabinets could use a renovation. They are starting to show their age.The only other thing is that they still have drip style coffee makers.

I hope they don't ever change from drip style coffee makers and am not aware that they've done so at any other properties. Going to coffee pods would NOT be an upgrade.
