Also just to report another success story with Atlantis Family Fun--they rented my one bedroom week 52 and the check is in the mail to me! I listed it less than a month ago so I am very happy--we are going to use our other week this year (week 1) and didn't feel I could go for two weeks straight at this time!
This is the second time I have used them!

did you have to pay them a fee? and how much over your maintenance fees did you get?

It was a one bedroom--smaller one--got $4495 minus 25% so it is enough to pay my maintenance fee on this unit and my two bedroom lockoff--I am HAPPY!:D
Obviously this is a premium week but with the economy down I am thrilled!

Looks like you made good decisions on your purchases!
I know a lot of owners can't rent their units for their yearly fees so I think to get what I got for a one bedroom shows that Harborside units are still in demand!

WooHoo!!!!!!! Got my check today for my Harborside rental--once again Atlantis Family Fun came through! Got enough to pay both maintenance fees for the two units I own!
