Has anyone heard of this TS resale company? Has anyone purchased or sold a week thru them? May speak with them about a Marriott resale they have listed.

I exchanged a few emails with Michelle about the 2BROF EOY she has listed. Very prompt responses, she seems like the real deal. I checked out the website and they have a ton of Marriott properties.

Yes this is Michelle Donato.

There has been mention of this business here on TUG, and the general consensus is that she is well respected.

Actually had a reason to speak to her earlier in the week regarding a rental.

I just purchased Marriott Maui Ocean Club through Michelle at Concierge. Almost finished closing now. I would definitely recommend her. Very smooth transaction, and has gone out of her way to accommodate me, as the buyer, on getting a week booked through the seller. Very prompt responses any time I asked a question. I wouldn't think twice about buying from her again.

She seems very reliable. She and I have discussed selling one of my Marriott weeks.

We just closed on a Marriott Ko Olina timeshare listed by David Cortese at Concierge Realty. Communications were excellent. My e mails were usually answered within the day. We felt very comfortable doing business with
them and we had not problems with the transaction.

Interesting, the reason I couldn't put a deal together with her on the MOC EOY was that I needed a specific week in 2012 to pull the trigger. She was willing to try after the deal, but I was looking (perhaps unfairly) to secure a week before putting cash on the table.
