Hello:

I received a compensation letter with an offer to purchase my time share from Global Management Services & CO. It says Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe S.A.B. DE CV Santa Fe Cuajimalpa MX D.F. 05348 wants to purchase my Resort PDS Group/ Bel Air Vacation Club Los Cabos.

Has anyone else received this kind of letter? Is this the usual B.S. or is this real. It included an offer price.
 
No.

It's an upfront fee scam.
 
This is a common scam. After they have you hooked, they are going to ask you for some bogus fees, and then steal the fees and disappear. Don't do it.
 
Run away. Nobody has ever gotten a great offer on their timeshare out of the blue.
