Comparison of Abound Exchange procedure documents 30 June 2022 vs 01 May 2026 - changes identified (no discussion please)

01 May 2026 document: Page 28, Schedule "2" A - Priority 1 period

Addition to Reserve and Pinnacle to the list of member types.

there was also an October 2023 version of the exchange procedures. Not sure how it may differ.
I just went with comparing the version that is in the FAQs on the website (6.30.22) vs the one in the enrolment documents. I might have a play with AI to compare the Oct 23 version once I've finished this.

01 May 2026 document: Page 29, Schedule "2" A - Priority 1 period

Update to reflect change to Member (owner) and Select level min nights during Priority 1 period, which is 13 to 12 months ahead.

"Except as otherwise provided in these Exchange Procedures, Use Periods reserved by Members during the Priority 1 Period must have a minimum of five (5) consecutive evenings, and Use Periods reserved by Select Members during the Priority 1 Period must have a minimum of three (3) consecutive evenings, and all reservations are subject to applicable minimum durations of stay for certain Markets or at certain Components as shown on the Exchange Point Schedule."

Removal of the specific reference to "less than seven (7) consecutive evenings are available" and replacement with "less than the applicable minimum number of consecutive evenings are available" making the sentence as below:
"In the event a Member or Select Member requests a Use Period during the Priority 1 Period and Exchange Company is only able to confirm a portion of such requested Use Period because less than the In the event a Member or Select Member requests a Use Period during the Priority 1 Period and Exchange Company is only able to confirm a portion of such requested Use Period because less than the applicable minimum number of consecutive evenings are available, Exchange Company may, upon Program Member’s request, confirm such reservation in Exchange Company’s sole discretion."

Amendment to reflect min nights required for Member (owner) and Select levels for priority period 2, which is 12-10 months ahead. Text the same as post 28 above

Same amendment to remove the specific reference to (7) consecutive evenings per post 29.

In Post #29, you have a repeated clause reading "Exchange Company may, upon Program Member's request, confirm such reservation in Exchange Company's sole discretion," @Hindsite. But you did spell "Program" properly.... 😜

thanks, fixed in edit to post 29. I'm trying not to flag, as I've only got a couple of pages to go 🥸

I'm going to post the 2 versions side by side so you can see the differences. It does (possibly) show an apparent lapse in the 30 June 2022 document to mention the 1 or more nights reservation option for Executive members from 13 months ahead. I've not seen anything reported from people saying that Executive members have had any different reservation access at 13 months ahead. If there was any, that should be resolved in the update 01 May 2026

The first table is from the 2022 document the second is from the 2026 document

With Chairman's Club going up to 29,9994 points, there will be considerable overlap between it and the Reserve and Pinnacle levels.... 😜

There are also some cross referencing errors that I picked up and sent to Customer Advocacy. I guess legal are waiting for the TUG proof reading to be complete before updating the FAQs. Do you want to tell CA about the 29,9994 error or shall I?

Looks like a typo somehow related to the footnote number as well.
