As some here may recall...
Last week, I was notified at 3AM of an attempted online hack of my bank account.
The credit union sent an alert by phone, text & message posted to the account.
But they had no way for me to address it until their call center opened at 9AM.
Today, I discussed the issue with another credit union who seemed more adept.
Their alerts come with a link that one can use to instantly disable online access.
The account itself is still up and running, but internet banking is taken offline.
Also, their call center opens at 7AM. Apparently, these peep are in the 21st century.
