I own Summit Watch and am interested in trading via II into another ski resort. I am curious what would be comparable outside of Marriott and Vistana properties. I am looking for any other ideas such as the Breckinridge properties. Would Grand Timber Lodge be a lessor property compared to Summit Watch? I am looking to fill out my II request and would love some recommendations. I value ski in/out, and would be comparing the unit to Summit Watch. Time frame would be late March 2024, I have added Sheraton Steamboat (been there twice), Westin Beaver Creek (not the easiest ski-in but I value the luxury), and am not sure about Tahoe because I think end of season snow can be an issue there?

GP7 and GP8 in Breckenridge are nicer than any Marriott I have ever been in.

I agree these are great. Along with Grand Timber Lodge, they are all part of Breckenridge Grand Vacations. GTL is the oldest, but it is also nice and has a great low rise layout, although you access the ski-in, ski-out via trials while the others are directly at the peak 7 and 8 bases respectively. GTL is my favorite for summer because it is walking distance to downtown. I prefer Beaver Creek over Breckenridge for skiing however.
