Its been a while since I've looked at things around here (work, kids, etc.). About 3 months ago, I set up an RCI ongoing search for a 2 BR Disney using a combined deposit (41 TPU). I take a look today and see the news about the Disney TPU increase. No problem I guess, supply and demand.

I have another 20 TPU in my account as well. So...I'm stuck now right? I can't combine a combined deposit for another deposit right? It won't let me online. Would RCI help me out?

If the original combined deposit is still tied up with the ongoing search, that would be why you can't combine again. I believe (though haven't experienced firsthand so others may correct me if I'm wrong) that you would need to stop the search, combine, then start a new search.

Ahhh, that's it. You are exactly right. I was perplexed because I thought "surely RCI wouldn't miss out on making another $99 off of me". LOL.

Thanks!

Yep, I need to do that with one of mine, too. I had one of my ongoing searches on a 37 TPU deposit. With 2BR DVCs at 36, that was perfect. Not any more.
