The 9000 residents of Leisure World are entitled to see financial records and other documents kept by the management company, (Golden Rain Foundation) that runs the community, a judge ruled Monday.

Final decision expected next year. The ruling sets a precedent in CA for individuals trying to gain information about the inner workings of residential management companies. (Includes expenditures, salaries of top administrators and minutes from meetings).
