Looking to give away our timeshare at The Colonies at Williamsburg, Williamsburg, VA. Timeshare is paid in full; taxes ($21 yearly) and maintenance fees ($305 yearly) are current. We are looking at retiring and need this off our plate. Week 7, every 3 years, 4TRI, 4 bedroom. Through Interval, can be traded and split into 2 - 2 bedroom units used at your convenience. Pet friendly units available. If you live close by Williamsburg, onsite amenities can be used for free all year long (indoor/outdoor pools, etc.). Transfer of Timeshare Ownership/Closing paperwork will be run past our lawyer prior to completion; we will pay closing costs.
