Coconut Palms I & II questions?

Anyone been to Coconut Palms or Coconut Palms II. Which has better units? Have they been refurbished recently? How's the quality and the comfort of the master bed? Are the units clean - bug free? How's the pool? I'm looking at both a 1 BR and a 2 BR to exchange into.

Thanks for your help!

I own at both, but have only been to CP I (Fishtail). It was clean and bug free. Pool area was nice. New Smyrna's an awesome laid back area.
