I have an opportunity to purchase week 13 (fixed) annual at this resort. I had visited there many years ago and this was a very nice resort. Does anyone have a layout of the resort they can email to me. The unit is A106. Are there any owners who are on TUG who can tell me if the resort is well managed. I have read a few very negative reviews (although many positive ones too) Before I buy would like to know if the resort is decently managed, is it clean (some reviews have really come down hard on the cleanliness factor) and is it an easy place to rent out the unit if I cannot use it every year. Thanks to any Tuggers who take the time to respond.

My BIL and SIL book there every year in a 2 bedroom week 12. They absolutely love this resort and if they would buy a week 12 they would jump on it.
My first concern would be the unit. There is no A106. Please check on what you are buying.
The A building is next to the bar and early morning trash pickup.
